This year Southend Plein Air painters have had a session each month, January meet up was cold, a Wassailing Celebration in an Orchard. The February session was held on a very wet day, so we retreated to a cafe in the park where we were to meet. I was too sick with a cold to go in March and todays session at the cemetery was an almost perfect day weatherwise! Sunny although there was a chilly northerly breeze. Still we were just in time to see the cherry blossom.
