A friend is leaving and asked me to do some water colours in her garden. It has been horribly hot for days/weeks, with little rain but last night there was a storm and then today it rained for most of the morning. If anything it made things better, cooler, everything washed a bright bright green. The place is yet another peace of heaven in a crazy city. What an honour to spend the morning there doing what I enjoy. Hopefully I can go back. as everywhere you look there is another great view.
Una amiga se va y me pidió unos acuarelas de su jardín. Durante las ultimas días ha sido demasiado caluroso pero anoche hubo tormenta y hoy llovio todo la mañana. Mucho mejor, todo mas fresca, lavada y los verdes brillaba. El lugar es otra pedacito del cielo en un ciudad de locura. Fue un honor pasar una mañana haciendo lo que disfruto. Ojala que puedo regresar, porque por donde miras hay otra vista bonita.
