Hacienda La Trinidad

Got out early this morning to go to Hacienda La Trinidad, there was very little traffic, always an added bonus. It is always a joy to go there during the week, peace, quiet and beautiful views.

Sali bien temprano este mañana hacia Hacienda La Trinidad, no habia trafico asi que pudo aprovechar de todo la mañana. Siempre es un placer pasar tiempo alli los dias laborales, paz, tranquilidad y bonita vista.

Today it was the Plaza Candelaria. Hoy, la Plaza Candelaria

The newly renovated Plaza Candelaria is really being put to good use.   Lots of seating, areas for children to run, table tennis tables and the gym.  I went at lunch time and all the building labourers were stretched out for a lunch time siesta or were watching the girls but I really wanted to sketch the church... what isn´t covered in scaffolding.  
La recién renovada Plaza Candelaria esta ful de gente aprovechando de los espacios.  Hay muchos lugares para sentarse, para que los niños corren, mesa de pingpong y aparatos de levantar pesas y hacer gimnasio.  Fue durante la hora de almuerzo y los obreros de un edificio en construcción en frente estaba aprovechando de dormir una siesta o ver las muchachas pero yo fui en realidad a dibujar la iglesia.. la parte que no esta aun con andamio.

Back to the Plaza Bolivar today, the art shop was closed to take inventory which was a bummer.  Lots of men reading the job adds in the paper and phoning.  Have been doing more little water colours of the views from the flat too.
Volvi a la Plaza Bolivar hoy, Arquidib estaba cerrada por inventario, algo que no esperaba.  Muchos señores leyendo la prensa y llamando por trabajos.  Estaba haciendo mas pequeñas acuarelas desde el apartamento tambien.

Last week I was painting views from the flat and if the rain holds off will go out and about in the city.  Today I did some sketching in the Plaza Bolivar but, it is very hot and people plonk themselves down regardless, almost on top of you.  One young woman sat so close she landed up knocking over my water, getting her jeans wet in the process!

La semana pasada pinte varios vistas desde el apartamento, si no llueve este semana quiero ir a la calle. 
Hoy dibuje algo en la Plaza Bolivar pero hace mucho calor y la gente encanta sentarse lo mas pegado que pueden, casi encima.  Una chica se tumbo me envase de agua y se mojo en el proceso!
